Landi Quinlin


Mrs. Quinlin earned a B.S. in Secondary Education from Northwest Missouri State University. She earned a M.S. in Education from the University of Central Missouri and an Ed.S. in Education Leadership from Northwest Missouri State University.

Mrs. Quinlin joined the St. Joseph School District in 2014 as an English Language Arts teacher at Bode Middle School. Prior to joining our district, Mrs. Quinlin taught English Language Arts at South Holt High School. She began her career in 2000 as a Physical Education teacher and Athletic Trainer in the Raytown School District.

Mrs. Quinlin was selected as a member of the St. Joseph School District leadership cohort in 2016 and served as an organizer for EdcampStJoe at Hillyard Technical Center in 2017. She has extensive experience with curriculum writing, professional development, assessment writing, and instructional technology.


Kendra Hodgin

Assistant Principal

Kendra Hodgin earned her B.S. in K-12 Physical Education from Missouri Western State University. She then earned her M.S. in Administration from William Woods University.

Ms. Hodgin attended Hosea, Spring Garden, and Benton and her entire teaching career has been with the St. Joseph School District. She joined the SJSD as a teacher in 2014. She began as a Para-Professional, then taught 4th grade, 6th grade and moved to Truman Middle School as the Girls Physical Education and Health Teacher in 2017.

Ms. Hodgin participated in the SJSD Leadership Cohort in 2022. She brings a passion for learning and coaching others to the Assistant Principal/Athletic Director position.
